Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item you wish to exchange is in new condition, with tags attached, and free of any stains and damages. Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to you, and we will be unable to process the exchange. A receipt or order conformation email is required. Delivery charges will be paid by the customer. To return the products, please submit items change request to customer service via shopbubb@gmail.com. Most exchange/returns are processed within 7 to 8 business days of receiving your package.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. diapers, under wears, eating utensils) are not returnable once opened.
Exchange Process
Contact our customer service at shopbubb@gmail.com to verify the availability of the desired exchange item. Follow the return process to send back the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange item is on its way.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 5 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via shopbubb@gmail.com once you decide to cancel the order.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days at shopbubb@gmail.com or +971582325916 We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
